i mean, i can understand frustrations and such, everyone gets them eventually. but seriously, the whole thing is just unreasonable. i got really annoyed with her "your husband is not your best friend, your best friend is your best friend." what a crock of shit.

I read the first page and the person who wrote that already annoyed me.. All I say is poor Will....
I skimmed the rest, I should have read it all but she was going too far off on a tangent that really was just just complete nonsense... I mean every woman or man who is married after many, many years I am sure feels like they are suffocating, it's human nature... I am sure her husband is planning his escape, going to fake his own death so he can be free.. Anyways, all jokes aside, your husband or bf can be your best friend, I mean they know you like no other...And her assuming that if you say your best friend is your husband or bf, that means you have no friends is laughable..

she sounds like a nightmare. i dunno, i don't wanna judge TOO much, but damn. that whole thing is just SO MEAN. it's also insulting to all women who actually like their husbands and have marriages where people don't fight. yeah, dave and i don't agree on everything, but we don't tear each other's heads off, insult each other, then brag about it. she called women liars if they say they don't have fights with their husbands. what a mean-spirited and angry person.

 

came across as "im not happy but im too damn lazy to do anythign about it". lame.

and kc, i hear ya on the fight thing - chris and i have what i call fights, but he just calls them disagreements, a lot fo the time that kind of stuff comes down to your definiton. ours are only verbal, they dont get mean, theyre us disagreeing and maybe getting kinda emotional about it, but no throwing stuff, no being cruel just to be cruel, etc

 

yeah, dave and i just don't fight. yeah, we get crosswise of each other, we have to talk about things and get mad. but that's not a fight. my parents fight. viciously.

That lady wil not have a happy marriage no matter who it's with. She does not deserve a happy marriage. I guess she forgets some fundamentals such as the best friend thing. My bestest friend ever is my wife. We have loads of fun together and doing stuff without her is less fun than with her.

 

i'm afraid of hitting menopause. apparently it turns you into a complete raging psycho. *sigh*

that part about the shoes WAS pretty funny, i have to admit. primarily because i leave shoes all over the house. it drives dave nuts.

my stepdad would get so mad if we left our shoes in the living room he'd sometimes chuck them out into the backyard. he's not quite so uptight now
