I think i found a link-but theres some questions...

A friend of mine says that he can likely locate some microdots for me, but he said that they would become inactive after 2-3 weeks.

This seems VERY illogical, due to the fact that properly stored blotter can last several years.

anyone have input as to why this is? (if it is?)

he may just be assuming you are a person who doesn't know how to store your shit. Or he may just be having some side excuse to sell you bunk shit, at which point when confronted about such he'll have something like, "must of already de-activated before I sold them to you sir!"

I agree with swoosh and stalk. It sounds a lot like he's getting you lined up for the old "oh i guess it expired" or "you must have stored it wrong" thing. Buy from a friend. someone who you honestly trust that if you didn't FLY, they would gladly give you your money back no question.

From my experience, people in the know regard microdots as probably the best way to prevent degradation of the LSD over time, although I have never had ANY LSD "go bad" on me no matter how shitty my storage technique.

I had a PEZ candy that sat in the coin tray of my car unwrapped for weeks, left in the sun and heat and all... I thought for sure it was no good and gave it for free to a friend and it was apparently at full-potency still. (he really didnt expect it and neither did I)

 

its actually a friend of mine. i posted here cuz the expiry thing seemed like bullshit somehow, and i wanted to make sure microdots arnt somehow special from blotter that way.

dots would be stronger then blotter in most cases i think..

 

There's no way to know which is better, there were mad weak microdots (brown barrels) floating around the midwest about a decade ago, but lots of strong liquid & paper. The black pyramids (geltabs) of that era were really potent. According to legend...

Anyway, has anyone other than the OP even seen microdots lately?

 

I cant say ive ever seen a microdot except in my dreams - Havent seen any geltabs around in years either. too bad, they were the shit!

 

microdots have a reputation for being strong.. if there anything near the real deal they'd probably be pumped with at least 300+ mics... but legit microdots nowadays is tough to come across

i talked to him again, and its a friend of his that sells them. (aka now my friend of a friend)

my friend has never done lsd before, and knows little of it, probly hence his misconceptions. (he didnt know they were even in micrograms)

 

Would be great if some hippie chemist is crankin out some microdots from his lab in the hills : )
