    yea they'll bge crazy awhile
    till they grow a bit
i think especialy with backcombed dreads since u comb em down close to the scalp gicvin em no room to move
even natural though mine stuck out when small like a few inches but by the time they grew a few they settled down

glad u said u just washed em thought the wetness was waxiness..lol
i wouldnt mess with em too much they'll dread fine from there just yea keep onyop ofthe rippin cause seems the sections arent too sharply defined which is good but might lead to sa congoing tendency till they settle in

haha...that's exactly what I thought mine looked like in the beginning. Make sure you don't have rubber bands in your hair, that only hinders the process. And I just wore a hat for about 3 months and they eventually fell down after a good wash one time. It was random but then suddenly after that one wash they laid down to the contour of my head.

But they look good man, hang in there and by 6 months you will see major progress.

sweet, least im going to the right direction lol. no rubber bands, i did braid the hair before hand tho.. i tried crochet method but it was wayyyy to confusing doing it in the mirror! just to keep them neater for work sake.

In the long run crocheting dreads will always have more little fuzzy loose hair everywhere from the damage it does. It may look right after crocheting them, but in time it will look like a fuzzy mess. I would just go with what you have and not do anything but separate. It's kinda hard to believe but regular washing and nothing provide the fastest results.

    exactly

every hoile u poke thru rips hairs to shreads

u pulk in 1 haur and create 50 more to come ouit
and over time u weaken the dread significantly
