when i was 17-19, i used to smoke in my living room all night while my parents were asleep upstairs (weed and opium, not cigarettes)...i calculated the smell lasted about 3-4 hours which gave me plenty of time. if i got paranoid, i had one of those sharper image air purifiers to hook up. anyway, i was about 18, smoking opium in my living room (i had a shitload back then...the good ol' days...me and my friends call 'em the opium/colony bay[the apartment complex we all chilled at] days anymore)...and my dad comes home. i'm like "oh shit." so i pocket the ope and my bowl, go outside and smoke a cigarette with the door open so the smell is all pinned on the cigarettes. my dad opens the door, says it smells like smoke in the house, and kicks me out (army dad) without shoes. i get pissed, pound on the door, punch a couple dents in this thick steel door, so my dad calls the cops. i go across the street to my neighbors to see if i can get a place to stay for the night. nobody answers. i see the cops in the reflection of the mirror so i toss the bowl into a bush and walk up to them waving my hands so i can play good guy to my dad. i get patted down, the cop pulls out my phone, my knife (niceass 4" black tanto with a good lock), my wallet, and a little black ball of opium and puts it on the car. he goes in and gets my shoes from my dad (my dad wouldn't let me even get my damned shoes...the bastard). anyway, the cop gives me everything back and gives me a ride to the gas station where i get a ride from a buddy to one of my friends' apartments. i got lucky as hell the cops didn't know what opium is. they probably thought it was gum or something.

he did 5 years in the military back in the 80s, now he's back in the reserves as an ltc (lieutenant colonel). they have docs in the military you know. he actually teaches over at a local college anymore too, since he stopped the hospital/dialysis thing. the physician's assistant program. i should tell you about the time i smuggled a half pound of herb on a plane, sold a pound of opium in cincinnati, and fucked a 34 year old stripper that gave bad head in a shitty bathroom. lol.
really now, what outfit was he with in the regular army? what outfit is he with now that he is back in the reserves? oh yes i know there are doctors in the military. my father was in all 3 branches of the military during his 30 year career..
now see switching between all 3 branches is far less believable then someone with a medical degree that was also in the army
its true, he started out in the navy,after his first enlistment was up he transfered into the army. he was in the army for 22 years and retired from active duty. then he went into the air national guard for the next 15 years or so till he had health problems etc. and retired completely from the military.. thus serving in all 3 branches of the military..
out of curiosity, how is it so unbelievable that my old man's a doc in the army? i mean, if i was gonna pick somethin' that sounded hardcore or whatnot, i'd go with green beret sgt or special forces or something like that, not a doc in the reserves.
