    one in three people suffer from a mental illness, I don't think any one should fess up because by useing those terms it makes it sound like its something wrong or to be ashamed about, when its an illness like everything else.
    if a person has a mental illness then its up to the person to diecided who and if they tell, because theres still a lot of stigma attached to it
