i am a bit confused

i believe i have a form of esp, not sure which but i can sense peoples emotions and life energies emitted from them, i have creeped people out because of this and they call me crazy but im never wrong so i wish i could have a better understanding on it because i can tell someones life story by touching their soul or spirit, whatever you may believe it is, i was raised strict mormon but i believe differently and my friends are scared of me because of this curse/gift, but i believe that the universe, as well as life has energy. i know i can see it!

i want to but i want to understand it better i know im an intelligent person capable of letting it bloom but i guess a true understanding of its nature develops from the inside. i have predicted these massive hurricanes that hit the southern coast and all but i feel like im the only one that has this perception. i try to use it to help others but...

simply by activating one
with your thoughts.

your root is exercised when you think about your community, sustenence, and other things you have to get done
while your sacral (sex) chakra stores your creative energy
and your soloar plexus is where you keep your balance, and your fight or flight instincts jump from this point
your heart will allow you to enter battle with dignity, and honor
and this is where you broadcast your love
it helps to bloom the heart with a smile
and your throat is where you broadcast your intent, good singers have their throat chakra open, it helps to hum mantras and sing and cry, and it acts like a launch pad
for the third eye which is where you see your visions. duck down into deep slow breath mode and look up and visualize your crown, above you, try and look through the top of your head....

You will probably only be able to do so a few times in your life . .

haha i know i know. but i also see your abilities too. im impatient ha. thats why i wanted to learn from you. nothing personal. i can see peoples auras and my own and an intuition inside me tells me how they feel but i need to learn myself i suppose. ha dunno. i used to have precognitive dreams.

Have a go at auric manipulation. You don't have to literally see it. It's just what feels right, play play play with a friend that may.

Be mindful of imbalance, when you feel it coming on...tell your cores that you permit them to align

i learned that we all have an enlightened state of mind. thinking there is only one set way to realize your potential is not a way of reaching it. i may not have the education nor the brilliance some may have, but i have will. your mind, not your brain is part of your will. whatever you put your mind to, you can achieve. this is only a physical world. physical perception is directly linked to this physical world. spiritual perception is a direct link to the spiritual world. i have meditated and thought much on what these posts have said.
