my friends is offereing to pay for my ticket if i go. should i? its not like i would be doing anything else, but they would be playing rap. i don't really like rap. what do you think?
Go. Seriously. You don't want to look back in a couple of years time and regret it. And about rap.. Get earplugs  When is it anyway?? I mean we've got prom at the end of the school year...
yeah seriously if you complain all you'll achieve is making everyone want to murder you so you might as well stay home if you're not going to enjoy it
I say go and ruin everyone's time...That way, since they paid for you to go, they actually ended up paying for a shitty time..
prom's at the end of the year around here too. homecoming is like fall prom, and it always coincides with a home football game (hence the name)
Actually you are being asked to go to the homecoming. If someone asks you to go out they usually pay. Bribery implies a cash to you type of deal. Believe me I am an expert at bribing.
Homecomings, proms, they are all lame.. But middle school mixers were da' shit.. I broke out the electric slide on a few occasions...
Go and have fun! Do it for me. I wasn't allowed to go to school functions because of my nazi father. Have fun and kiss a sweet, shy nerd boy for me.
My friend bought me a ticket for my junior year prom so I could "be her date" without asking me if i wanted to go first, so I ended up going and staying for thirty minutes, dancing a little, and then getting smashed the rest of the night at like five different places. It was great. If there is no chance of this happening, I say don't go.
I've never actually been drunk...... So this might be a good occasion to do it. Or not. Because I'm loud and obnoxious enough as it is and if I was drunk I fear it would be worse. And then there's the whole shoes with actual HEELS shit.
I can't believe some people want me to go to Homecoming here too. I'm 24. Why do we even have this tradition at a University?? Anyway, if you feel like you'll be missing out, you're totally wrong. You won't miss much by skipping it. I promise.
