4 months update and a crappy picture...

so its been four months now and time certainly does fly by...

i love my dreads... no feeling down on them here!!! they may not look like much, but they make me smile. ive been noticing improvement pretty much daily and i love it! i have a really dirty job so i pretty much wash my hair daily (with dr b's of course). i know people are down about washing daily, but i dont think its been hurting me too much at all.

anyways straight to the crappy picture...



no the baby isnt mine... and like i said sorry about the crappy picture but im not in the business of taking pictures of myself... though i'll try and take some actually dread pics to show off...

well the beard got a bit bigger than in that pic and then it was waay too hot so i just trimmed it down a bit... its almost back to that now though.

i think im done cutting/trimming the beard now til after snowboard season... I CANT WAIT FOR SNOWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

i would wash everyday too but after i wash i have a big job seperating the congos so i just wash every 2 or 3 days. the whole washing thing takes along time for me and it's a pain or else i would everyday too

 

oh yeah and there nice and smooth, did you ever have any bumps or loops?

 

well the base of them around the scalp is really well dreaded... but as far as the tips go there are a few inches that just arent dreaded at all... in that way too close up shot they look smooth for some reason... maybe they were wet or something.

 

mine are they same way at the tips, but the are very thin, like kinda tapered

my ends are kinda just now lately have been sucking the ends into the dread, i think if this continues i will have rounded kinda tips. maybe it will happen to yours too, but i dont know, everyone's are different, and the last 3-4 imches of each of my dreads are thin like the diameter of 2 sewing needles
