wow going to feel like peak oil in the south for a few days.. a price spike to 5 bucks a gallon for wholesale gasoline.. http://www.cnbc.com/id/26662394
oh we dont just like that lil dude,we love him,,.. we would love him even more if he wasnt from texas...
I picture you in the root cellar with a shotgun and a quart of moonshine, talking to yourself about how those damn yankee revenuers are trying to take your land Hotwater
yeah ive already seen reports of shortages and lines throughout the south, south carolina being one of those states.. i guess the refineries never got back up to full capacity after gustov and now are having to shut back down.. i heard they are rationing deliveries till further notice.
just for the record... we are no where near peak oil.... there are huge untapped reservoirs of it all over the place. if people are saying we've near it, we're not but god damn, I wish we were this is getting out of hand.
for the record it wasnt the "peak oil" part that attracted us,it was the overall theme of it. one of those if you cant laugh at yourself type videos... now if we can just figure out how to make that okra moonshine...
It's a joke! If we were to believe that these hurricanes are actually what's causing the prices to go up, as they would have us believe, then you would have to believe that the oil they pump out of the ground one day is going into your car the next. The oil companies have all-time record reserves! They are simply using the hurricane as the excuse to take advantage of people and jack up the prices.
hey man i know its bullshit but there making it our reality.. its that simple... they may be sittin on tons but they aint comin off with anymore than they have to to make a killin,,till further notice.. and folks aint gonna do a fuckin thing about it except sit in long lines for 10 gallons of gas at 5.50 a gallon..
yeah, and for some reason europe pays even more. I think germany pays about 9$ for a gallon. I forget where I read this. and if that's the case why are people still paying? scary.
