need help losing weight

    i've found myself sitting around more and eating more and more through boredom and over the past two years i've gained over 60 pounds. i've tried dieting and exersizing before i got too lazy, but the pounds won't come back off. and my 5'1'' frame is having alot of trouble carrying 180 pounds.

    i didn't think it was that bad and i weighed myself and i am at my highest weight EVER.. 183 pounds.

    idk what to do if this weight doesn't start comming off i'm gonna just have to resort to starving myself. and yeah i know blah blah it slows my metabolism and when i start eating the weights gonna come back & more but i guess this time i'm gonna have to starve for the rest of my life.

    unless you guys have anything that can help this fat motherfucker out

    basically you just have to move more then you eat.
    I noticed your age is 16...so my advice is take an extra gym class in school
    and if your school has junk food machines...AVOID THEM
    if its possible, get a dog...1 that loves to go for walks & play frisbee

    1. you don't have to starve yourself
    2. you need to get moving more
    3. yes, you will have to eat at a deficit
    -eat lean protein, get your essential fatty acids (omega 3s...fish oil), lots of green leafy and fibrous veggies, some healthy starches and carbs

    now, what have you been eating each day? how much of what foods? what type of foods are available to you?
    what are you willing to do to lose this weight?

    Are you eating to late at night?
    Eating at night is bad because it doesnt leave time for burning off, your allso then not hungry in the morning and the cycle is hard to break.
    If this is the case, try having something filling like porridge in the morning
    and then something hearty later on.
    just an idea.

    go on the nothing over a dollar a pound diet..pretty much guarantees a healthy low carb diet.. ;)

    either that or become amish..

    Go vegan? Ive lost some weight in only a fortnight! I can also eat as much as I like, so I'm never hungry :)

    well, it seems that you are not doing enough of works! once i was like you, everyday at home for some 2 months and gained about 25-30 pounds! it was a horror! i consult my local doctor, and he gave me acomplia and some nutrition to have during a whole week! it was like hell! not fat, only diet food! had to join a gym and also exercise 3 time a week! but i am glad of what i have done and proud of myself! i lost not only the 30 extra pounds but i have got a well shaped body now... i don't i have to tell that the girls looks at me with such a horny look that....

    try getting yourself some motivation and and some good help!

    Cut any fat rich food and add more citrus fruits in your diet and take a brisk walk till you perspire and remember to follow this everyday and see the results. You can also take a cup of lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon honey. Add half lemon juice to it early in the morning half an hour before taking your breakfast. This is what I do for myself to reduce weight and it is effective.
