In 1970 Coco Chanel said Katherine Hepburn was too old to play her in the broadway musical about her life. Hepburn was 60 then. I wonder who they've got to play Chanel now. She has a new movie coming out . . . maybe it will be Audrey
YESS Audrey Tautou .. I mean, I'm not much of a Chanel fan, but Audrey Tautou was so great in Amelie, so kudos for her.
Saw the trailer for the Chanel movie, and it looks pretty good. I love Chanel, so it'll be awesome to see how her life came about in the world of fashion.
Sweet, it airs tomorrow night at 8 .. I think it's like a 2 or 3 day event? Cannot wait to see the costumes .. hopefully get a chance to see some Chanel original designs? And the younger Chanel looks like Audrey..but it might just be my eyes trying to see things
Overall, I thought it was a pretty decent movie. Never knew much about Chanel, the designer..if anything, the movie made me appreciate fashion designers more.
