What's the deal with peanuts

I'm not allergic to them, but whenever I eat them, I shit them all out very violently the next day.

I know, it's a random thought, but hence the forum. There was a dish of them lying out, and I had a bunch yesterday, and I've been shitting like crazy today.

 

peanuts have a great deal of fat, the fat lubricates your bowels.
