Identifying a dealer?

I Just moved to Brighton, South of England and i would like to buy some weed. The thing is I have never needed to actually buy directly from a dealer as I have always been able to get some through my friends. I was wondering if anyone could give me any tips on how to recognise a dealer when I see one, also to get the dealer to understand that i require his service and I would appreciate if anyone could give me advice on what to say to them; as not to sound ignorant and therefore get ripped off.

I used to live in Brighton I think the best way is to just meet new people and I'm sure someone will be able to help you out. Brighton's such a friendly place that it's not difficult. And weed is everywhere.

If you want to find a good hook up you will have to make friends. I can walk to the downtown area of my city and find a hook up but it can be very inconsistent with quality and price. People that deal decent wieghts of good weed don't stand on street corners hustling dimebags.

 

Just make friends, get to know the locals,
And pretty soon you should find someone smoking weed and ask them where they get it.
