Mysteries: What is the number at the top of your birth certificate? (go and look)

It is at the top right corner and reads like this (of course not my #):

The top left has more that looks like this

What is the point? Doesn't the certificate identify us as is. Just more ways in which the govt can look at us as mere numbers and not humans?

I was talking to a guy from Norway who had an intriguing theory as to what the numbers are actually used for, as well as what birth certificates ACTUALLY are. Basically it is a contract between mom and the state. She is, figuratively, giving her baby, unknowingly of course, to the state, while doing the job and spending the money to raise the child. The numbers correspond to a bank account under the child's name that the banks use to generate profit, without us ever seeing a cent. Like they use these accounts when creating new loans (more or less money out of nothing). Ah, there was more to it and stuff, it was kind of complicated.

 

I could go into this with so much more depth than I am willing to do right now. However, people must understand the difference between CIVIL LAW (law of the land) and MARITIME ADMIRALTY LAW (law of the sea/i.e. international law). Because you are born from your mother's water, you are hence a MARITIME ADMIRALTY PRODUCT and thus you are owned by the international banks.

Yes, most people have no idea that their birth certificates are traded on the stock exchange. We all like to think we are US citizens, when most people have no idea there is a difference between the united states (lower case) of America and the corporation known as the United States of America (all capitals) that was formed in 1868. When your mother signed your birth certificate, she gave you over to the U.S. corporation. Through our birth certificates, we are nothing more than collateral for the US corporation's loans from the international bankers. Notice that on any official document your name is in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. Do you know why this is??

 

I cannot think of any particular book off the top of my head at the moment. I have known about this for a while.

All capital letters represents something that is dead. Notice on tombstones the person's name is in all capital letters. In other words, you are a non-entity. With anything having to do with business your name is always in all capital letters because only capital letters can be dealt with by banks, corporations and government.

Did you know that "bench" (example: the judge rules from the bench) means BANK in Latin? That's because the court system is an international Freemasonic system that represents international commerce. The judge wears black because black is the color of death.

 

Go into any court or government building and you will see the US flag. Except this will not be any ordinary US flag, but rather a US flag with a golden fringe. Again, this represents INTERNATIONAL LAW or MARITIME ADMIRALTY LAW. The flag of maritime admiralty is not the flag bound by the US Constitution, but by international banking and finance. Just remember that next time you go to court for a speeding ticket.

I have two problems with this thread.

1. I'm not going to post something on the open internet that might lead to the theft of my identity (though I would appreciate the opportunity to start a new one... hmmm)

2. I'm not going to read another of Matt's rambling posts. Maritime Law indeed, I'm fairly sure he's never even set foot on an ocean going vessel.
