soo im getting a bass guitar as a gift. they are fun as fuck while I'm high laying down some shit. if you know some good sites/books that are good to for beginners or to learn some cool styles of music it would be appreciated. and this weed from new jersey is the shit i seriously envy those people up there. its dark as fuck on the outside and when you break it open its just beautiful purple buds on the inside.

Get an Ibanez Sound Gear. They are cheap and really nice bassists. They are good for noobs or if ur really good at bass. My bro plays and is nuuts. He uses a Sound gear. make it sound like the wocka wocka. right. groove with the funk and feel the vibes. playing the bass and drums is a cool mix. i played bass in the marching band, which means I didn't have to march. i guess that's good, because I was stoned for every practice.
i've got a fender precision, its fun bass is great to play, seems like everyone can play guitar, but not many play bass, which is why there's always demand for bass players.
