i live in the south and its really really hot , so i dont think wool would be a good idea instead i ordered a hemp tam you think thats just as good or kinda as good for gettin' em knottied up?
hemps probly as good but wool iunsul;ates from heat too\ also just tucking your dreadws up in a tam is siooo much cooler then havin em hang in your necxk i hasve heat idssues and excessive heat nearly makes me pass out but just tuckin kmy dreads in a wool tam cools me down enough to deal with it id live a loose knot hemp tam too but nit for knottin purposes just cause id live 1 just ..any hat u tuck your hair into will be qlot cooler then no hat...wool hats dont make u much hoyyyer and not havin your hair everywhere makes u much cooler
so wool insulates from the heat? it seems like it would still make my scalp hot its really humid here, if it ever gets cold here, which it hardly ever does, i may order a wool one, but your right it is better to have them off the neck in the heat. they sure are frizzy these days, a hats suppose to help that to huh?
