The masters say that your final thought before death is so strong that it usually decides what your next life will be. So if you train yourself to think of turtles all the time, then it is likely the last thought will be of turtles and you become one. That said, its kind of immature to want that, especially for the long peaceful lifespan. Especially when you could discover here and now the essence of peace and immortality within yourself.
Having seen some of this posters other threads, I'm not sure we should go on with this - but - Bhaskar, I doubt that the soul within would give its sanction to the wish to regress towards a lower life form. It couldn't be the wish of the soul, which wants only the divine, of which it is part.
But what if emanation were the truth? Or is that only double talk. Soaring like a sea turtle through the trip of the mythical Kontiki. Hence soaring is what God wants of me down to Hades, and up to Heaven I am dreaming of this life with evolutionary glory of which only the animals survive in the universe.

lol , you want to be a sea turtle?! sure! there is a sure fire way to come back as a turtle, just pray to God, pray that you want to be a sea turtle, and do some good deeds and get some good karma and then in the next life, hopefully you will be a giant sea turtle that can lay lots of eggs and eat lots of food and live for a long long time.
