    better be getting some freaking anaesthesia or painkillers ...
    this is a very painful operation.. goodluck man.

    Dentists are like crooks. They can say you have as many cavities as they want to, just so they can keep a constant flow of work coming to keep their income well above 6 figures. This happens all the time.

    Drilling your teeth and surgery should always be a last resort to fill a cavity, but it is often the 1st recommendation from a dentist because that is their work. Some cavities can actually be healed with xylitol and through a better diet and time. Teeth like bones are always changing and can heal themselves.

    It is always good to get a 2nd opinion from an honest dentist before undergoing any kind of procedure with them.

    One thing dentists will never do if they can avoid it is extract a tooth, because then they can't make any more money out of it.

    I had root canal once. It wasn't the best fun I've had in my life.

    it was tolerable. i'm not gonna lie, it wasnt fun. but i consider myself a pansy and it was tolerable.

    i have to get another one on the 4th so im right there with ya =[
