Alright Guys. I need good reasons for my mom to let my hair grow out down to the center of my neck or further. Now my mom is really strict and she thinks the only reason my hair should be past my ears is if its winter... PLEASE HELP! And please be serious. Don't say "Tell her to let your hair grow out or a ghost will kill her with a bungee cord..." or anything like that. eace:
Ask her if she wants you to be a leader or a follower. Leaders make up their minds for themselves, followers do what others tell them to do. :hat:
Tell her your growing it long for that Locks charity. You know where they give your hair to cancer patients for wigs and stuff like that. It would be growing it out for a good cause. Just once it gets very long, it would be time to cut it. I mean and donate. Otherwise it would be a sorta fib.
tell her if she cuts your hair you will lose all your strength like samson and lay about the house all the time getting underfoot.

Just tell your mom the truth of why you want to grow your hair out and explain it to her. If she still gets on you about it you have a few choices: Grow it out anyway its your hair or dont grow it out and let her win. I no most people want to keep peace in the family but you should try to explain it to her. Maybe she will understand.
If your mom is anything like mine then you may want to consider standing up to her in certain situations. This is one for example... it's only hair, no one will get hurt by it except her and not being able to control what you do with your hair may frustrate the hell out of her at first but she will get over it once she realizes what everyone else already knows...it's just hair. There should be many moments when her stubbornness is justified and reasonable(I hope so for your sake) and of course you should do what she tells you in these moments. Best of luck man!
