I bleed every time I have sex. I didn't used to. I see my doctor next week. Anyone have something similar happen who can offer advice? (Quit having sex. I know, I know.)
i occaisionally get cysts. not quite so much anymore. they're benign, but they can sometimes cause a little bleeding. also, sometimes my cervix gets inflamed from the wrong position. if i have sex again before it's fully healed, it'll abrade it. or if i'm between periods, i'll sometimes get some spotting.
it could be HPV, which causes small cuts on your cervix. When having sex it could cause bleeding. A lot of people have HPV.
just for clarification, though, you don't have to have hpv to occaisionally get bleeding from sex. the female reproductive organs and passages are very complicated. still, you should always get your paps done, as evil and unpleasant as they are.
I love sex, but its stressful for me sometimes, because I am a goddamn petite female, and it hurts everytime. I havnt bled from it though. I have bled from gyno appts....yuck.....
I had this about 5 or 6 years ago. Was referred to a gyne who said I had some polyps (sp?) on my cervix. They were removed very easily by having them frozen off (sounds worse than it actually was - just a bit of cramping). I've had no problems since.
i've gotten benign cysts on my ovaries since i was pretty young. i haven't gotten them for a very long time. but last month i got them so bad i could hardly walk. thankfully i have a HUGE bathtub now and was able to completely float in the water to get some real breaths in my body. i really need to get them looked at. i don't think they've gone away this time. they still hurt, just not as bad. dammit.
