grilled carrots

i just thought id express my love of grilled carrots!!!mmmmmm sooooo good....made a grilled pasta salad today yummmmmmmmmmmmmy, i highly recommend grilled carrots to anyone!!!!!!yummmmy

 

That actually sounds yummy cuz they probably wouldn't get too mushy..

 

I tried this yesterday and it was so good!!! Drizzle a little olive oil on them and grill to desired tenderness. So tasty!!!! I am not a big carrot fan but preparing them this way I can eat them.

 

i'm glad someone else experienced this greatness!!! grilling brings out the sugars in the carrot, caramelizes them almost and gives it a whole new experience!!!
theyre medicinal as well!!!

 

i like them in a wok, maybe with some ginger, throw a little soy sauce [and mirin if you have it] on at the end for a big noisy steamy finish, dump over rice

simple, tasty! [makes the kitchen smell like soy all day]
