    I heard the same thing from an aquaintance whose mum was a nurse. He told me she would get gay elderly male patients with the same problem.

    What happens to people who frequent anal sex is the sphincter stretches and sometimes collapses, then you're in a world of shit(pardon the pun)you end up with a large and leaky asshole, sometimes the size of a baseball!
    My friend worked in a nursing home and would get all these women with collapsed sphincters.
