I'm so fed up with this weather, either rain or dark clouds. Another dreadful summer has past. I've decided I'm going on holiday every summer as of now. So atleast if the UK weather is terrible again next summer, I can say I've had a week of sunshine elsewhere.
I freaking LOVEDDDDD up the rain and storms this summer. Never have I seen the summer like this. But its hot now, in September. And I agree with te going on holiday once a year bit. Thats my goal too! Im thinking Europe next summer.
Rain and dark skies make me happy. but it's a grass is always greener thing, 360 days of sun a year, less than 6 inches of rain a year.
for the past few weeks I've had lots of sunshine in the daytime (too much) and then awesome lightning storms off the coast, especially on really clear nights. rain makes me happy (unless it's cold and nasty) and I really like feeling the rain run down my head and face.
It rains lots here. I don't mind either way. 2 or 3 weeks of straight rain while you're working outside gets kind of old, I guess.
I prefer rain and clouds to sunshine, mostly. I love to walk in the rain. While most people are running to their cars, I stroll leisurely. I don't see the point. Rain feels good and makes the earth smell beautiful.
OK guys, I am in the south of Spain right now, and today there was a huge rain storm.. it was scary and amazing. Loved it!
I went to Spain in June last year for a holiday. My friend was living there at the time in Elche, near Alicante.
