i love it. it's sweet, kind of like a kiss on the forehead. when my boyfriend does it it seems very natural.

if a guy does it out of sincere admiration and respect then its really nice, but sometimes it can come off as too forced and insincere

 

My boyfriend does it all the time. Sometimes we're just holding hands and he will bring it up to his lips and kiss it, and tell me he loves me. If we're being romantic, he might kiss up my arm to my neck and pull me close. I love when he acts this way <3 I can tell it's genuine, especially when he isn't embarrassed about it in public or in front of his friends.
