Oh, and maybe I'm the only one that this bothers, but; I ussually have herb, and I will smoke you out (if I like you) but don't ask to be smoked out because you don't have anything, it's really a shwaggy thing to do...

Share everything.....weed, munchies, money for munchies, I HATE moochers. I also agree with the talking thing. I get quiet when I am high and I can't stand when somebody keeps talking. Otherwise, have fun!

 

Okay, so this thread is old, but I have an answer for it:
The Chronstitution

It is the Stoners Constitution that was created by smokers for smokers. It is done through a political process at http://www.thechronstitution.com/forum

At that site members propose amendments, articles, and codes and then vote on them. members also run for office and everyone votes on that too.

You can see the document at http://www.thechronstitution.com. On that page you can see the Preamble and the Rights (Amendments) and on the left you can click on articles to read about how the government works (The government is boring to me, but I guess you have to have the workings set in stone in order for it to be a government of the people by the people for the people)

Anyway, thought that after reading this entire thread that I would answer the question proposed.

 

Personally, I like to give the green hit to the guest. I tend to be the weed manager in my house and when my buddy and I smoke up we don't really worry about who is bringing because I tend to be the one who is always holding. With rare exception. I like to be the host. My friends that come over for a smoke up tend to not take advantage of that. They do tend to leave me the left over beer when they come so I think that is cool. My only other rule is that you bring your own fire. I will supply that as well but if you smoke up at my house and I supply then you better leave me some fire once in a while.

 

Dont complain about my weed and still smoke it!!!
Be honest as you can be. if you are hungry/thirsty/tired tell me, or if you dont like my music Etc.
Dont switch songs tons of times let one finish!
Dont be to loud.
