What a joke! McCain selected her simply to take advantage of the "disenfranchised" Hillary supporters he is hoping to win over. How nauseating. It could not be any more transparent. They know that the majority of the American public is so dumbed-down and unable to think critically that they will vote for someone based on gender and race alone. Totally laughable.

 

Well, either way, it's over for Obama. They won't be able to criticize her without cries of sexism, and all the Hillary supporters will go to McCain because they "want to shatter the glass ceiling".

Actually Rat what his campaign actually saw was that there is movement for the acknowledgement of the power of women, but they also seem to be aware that a large portion of women never gave any credence to Hillary. For a lot of women at least three that I know, she was the epitomy of the enabling weak woman that stands by a philanderer.

And they found a person that has stood up against her own party and who has held corporations accountable in her own state. Both laudable points. And I hope she hangs in there. She's the type of person that should have been nominated for president. The only thing she has in common with Hillary is a vagina, and I am not all that sure Hillary has one.

And another glowing point in her favour is that her selection will probably lower fuel prices. Easier solution than those currently proposed.

 

You know what a dream team would have been in the interest of the American people:

Biden and Palin, but we never got that option. And we never will. It's a shame!

 

Completely agree, how gullible and stupid do they think the american public is? Simple question, would McCain have chosen Palin if Obama chose Hillary? We all know that answer.

But Obama didn't choose Hillary, and good thing he didn't. Because with his push for a civilian police the addition of Hillary to his ticket would have been more than most moderate Dems could have tolerated.

I still can't see a President Obama in this day and age and climate. The Dems made a huge mistake in the first place.

 

Fess up everyone McCain's campaign made a brilliant move. They found someone for their ticket that has stood up to her own party and the oil companies. her state isn't experiencing the budget shortages or deficit's that other states are. Her nomination will lower fuel prices, what has Biden's nomination done so far?
