I got to sample my first bud of medical marijuana at rainbow gathering this year and it was jesustapdancingchrist incredible. Is all pot technically "medical" though?

^^^Exactly. In Cali, suppliers of clubs often also supply the general market, so you will get the exact same bud with a card or dealer. The difference between street weed and club weed is that club weed is almost always top quality.

Generally when people say "medical" they are reffering the the fact that it is high grade pot. The idea is that high grade pot is more healthful because you inhale less smoke. All pot has the same drug, though, so all is technically "medicinal."

You must be refering to socal clubs, Norcal dispensaries like the ones in SanFran always have low quality buds. I usually find the top quality stuff is being grown independantly instead of commericialy. Growers can be more miticulous with techniques if they don't have a deadline or a due date if you will. All the same I like my medicine handed to me in a barcoded bag with a name! It's freedom at last! and it taste so sweet!

 

then once ya realize that all these fools running the dispensaries are just money hungry and are often not qualified for their job. ive dealt with dispensaries and theyre pot usually down right sucks by california standards or if it is good ye gonna pay out the wazoo for it. its great for the paranoid buisnessman who doesnt want to deal with the black market. we all gotta eat. i guess its a cool concept too but when ya seeit working in action its not much different than anyother store or corporation. capitalism at its finest. the man figured out how to get his cut and now after all this time he wants i on it. what about me uncle sam?

 

What I like about clubs is its like going to a fine wine store with selections
