I have lucid dreams just about every night. I dont do anything to have them. I just go to sleep like I always do. Is it normal for someone to have these naturally all the time? maybe it is just how I have trained myself to fall asleep.....

I think it's normal. I'm the same way, actually.

It's not normal for someone to lucid dream every night.

Once or twice a week seems probable.

Is it bad them? Like is there something wrong with me? Because my dreams are always very lucid. It's very rare that they're not.

Lucid as in you are awake and completely aware that you are dreaming?

    Or lucid as in vivid?

I am skeptical when people say they lucid dream every single night.

    not only creativity,
    but awareness
which is something everyone should exercise.

In lucid dreams, you are aware that you are dreaming while dreaming.

It's possible to be a natural lucid dreamer, but most people are not. They can only get a lucid dream now and then.

Lucid dreams can be great, because in some lucid dreams you can control your own actions in the dream.

I guess it's more vivid then. They seem very very real. I usually don't know I'm dreaming. They just seem like real life. Sometimes I wake up and think the dream is real for a few minutes.
