of locks that had wax put in them... cross-sectioned? i've seen one floating around here but now i can't find it. i know we have the wax / no wax post, but i've become severely antiwax and whenever i meet someone who wants to get locks but also use wax i try to convince them not to... sometimes it works, but a lot of times i get the "it's no big deal everybody does it" thing, and occasionally it's difficult to convince someone that frizzy hair for many months looks better than "perfect" locks in the beginning, despite the consequences anyway, i figure if i showed a photo of a lock with a huge chunk of wax in it that'd dissuade them a bit gotta keep my brothers natural, you know... so if you have a photo and want to let me use it, post it here!
thanks soaringeagle, and mamamojo don't worry i wasn't referring to you the pic i'm thinking of is of a big fat lock cut apart and you can see an enormous glob of wax in the middle i think electricbuddha had one originally in the dread faq post but it won't open for me, maybe my computer's just messed
wax doesn't make 'm ugly orso.. only heavy and gross..
