I hear they're from the Northwest US. A few of their tracks were being played on the radio here in Australia and I was pretty impressed so I bought the album. Its quite good, its almost exactly the sort of music i've been waiting for for quite a while. It sort of sounds like a Jack London novel if you could change it into music. It could be a little "dirtier sounding" but overall I like this band and think they are very promising.

    Anyone into them?

Nice one. I pretty impressed by them as well. I was pretty stoked to hear White Winter Hymn on the radio a while ago. Their album might be my favourite from this year.

Its funny how they seem to be more widely known in Australia. Thank god for triple J.

This is one band that I think anyone into indy or folk should check out.

For real. Thank god for jjj.

It's nice to hear lush harmonies and production coming back to indie music. I was getting a bit sick of the whole "The 80's are the new 60's" type thing. I.e Im sick of The Presets.

I keep hearing about this band but have never seen or heard their music. What's the album called?
