i tried using the liquid tonight (and i've used the bar before) and once again, left my hair still feeling dirty. i think bronners just doesn't work for me. so, i've given a valient effort to the "true hippie dreaddy hair wash" and i give up, lol!

avalong organics peppermint shampoo... it's all you baby! :D

try just making sida it'll most likely get rid of all the greesainess
do it weekly or so awhile then u can alternate with bronners after a bit once your scalp stops pumping out so much oils

My best guess is that he is saying to try baking soda. Did I win a prize?

a bit soda, a bit lemon, a tiny little bit of oil and a bit of salt and water as much as you feel you need.... thats about it for the measures haha (just not too much lemon and tea tree you wont make mistakes other than that)

ive read that dr bronners will or will not work depending on the area you live in as most areas use hard water but some rare areas use soft water,
if u live in a soft water area then bronners will give you problems, thats why it works for most people, because most people live in hard water areas,

its somthing to do with the water not mixing properly with the soap causing it to be left behind on your scalp, so ull probly find bronners will work if u use different water

i've moved several times and tried bronner's everywhere i go, and it just don't work for me. maybe i just like shampoo rather than soap, i dunno. i feel like soap leaves a residue on my body too... so i always use alcohol on my face after i wash it and it pulls all kinds of crap off it, it's crazy.

have you any suggestions? Ive diluted the stuff right down. Whilst I am happy my hair is clean it has also left a slight residue

have your water tested see if u have hard or soft watrer

u can also try repreated bucket rinces i used 1 shower that had a very low pressure and nothing rinced out well unless ui filled a big 5 gallon bucket and dumped it over my head 2-3 times
the shower just didnt have enough pressure to really get ot out

I live in Bristol (UK) which is a hard water area. How does that make a difference?
