In response to the original post: YES, there was a HUGE decrease in availability after the Pickard bust. In 2000 I was getting extremely potent $5 gel tabs. They were EXTREMELY potent. Nothing since then has even come close to being as good. The best I've had since those days was some White from a few years ago; it wasn't as strong as the gels from 2000 but at least you only had to eat 2-3 hits to make one GOOD hit
