Hi, this is a long shot but here goes... I have been searching for my half brother and sister for some years now and am getting nowhere.They are my dad's children from his first marriage.They used to live in Bradford,UK but went to live in Auckland Newzealand in the early 70's.I was wondering if anybody could help or suggest how I might be able to track them down? I have a copy of my half sister's birth certificate,and their last known address but that is from 20 years ago. Can anyone help/advise?
Hi, I have tried several times in the past without success,I just don't want to give up trying as I may become lucky and find them! It would be nice to be in contact with them as they are my family after all even though I have nver met them.
Try contacting the New Zealand embassy. Maybe they can help. They might be able to direct you to someone who can. Also genealogical societies. They might have contacts with other such groups in new zealand.
