Anyone who says they are Democrats and are voting for McCain are one of two things:

    1) LIARS- Some are just angry or "bitter" and will come around before November when they wake up to the fact that McWAR is going to destroy our nation one way or another.

    2) HYPOCRITES- Some are just angry and will forget their principles and values just to throw away the election because THEIR candidate didn't get the nomination or veep choice.

These people will regret that when McSurge eradicates ALL hope and Russian missiles are falling on their cities.

    or they are just

    3) RACISTS- I can't believe how many so-called "Democrats" are saying that they can't vote for a "black person" (although most have used the famous expletive).

These same people usually call themselves "Christians"… LOL

If you are a DEMOCRAT and you don't like Obama, don't vote or write-in a choice. If you vote for MCSTAIN, you are responsible and YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU DESERVE.

FOUR MORE YEARS (or [IMG] of McBUSH policies and a likely nosedive into a Great Depression, although NEVER FEAR, it will be off-set by WORLD WAR III.

The "Democrats" who vote for a right-wing thug are not really Democrats at all. They are PAWNS & SHEEPLE controlled by the right-wing attack machine.

It's funny that the ReTHUGlicans can get people to vote for them out of ANGER...lol...

HITLER & STALIN would be proud.:cheers2:

If you consider yourself a Democrat and have rationalized voting for McCain because your candidate did not get picked, you do not deserve to be called a Democrat for you are actually an idiot. How one could rationalize voting for a man who has voted with George Bush 95% of the time is beyond my comprehension.

Anyone who calls themselves a Republican or a Democrat isn't too bright.

And as far as the Democrats go, a good number of them have supported Bush all along the way. Why would any relatively logical, informed and intelligent person want to refer to themselves with pride as a Democrat or a Republican? Both parties are guilty of treason. If anything, the Democrats have enabled Bush. People voted the Democrats back into power in '06 expecting a "change," and all they got was more of the same with people like Pelosi rolling over for Bush and protecting him against impeachment. It's a total joke and just more proof that there isn't a single drop worth of difference between the two parties.

Not everyone buys into this "lesser of two evils" nonsense. McCain and Obama are both bad. One is overtly pro-war, while the other covertly. Both represent the Anglo-American establishment and international banking cartels. Both will move us in the same direction of a New World Order. The only difference is which one will get us there faster, combined with the rhetoric and the image portrayed to the public.

The people voting for Obama are no less gullible and uninformed than the people voting for McCain. They always give the public two sides -- both of which they always control and administer, knowing 90% of the public will naively join one side other the other, believing it best represents them. They then pit the two sides against each other and create all these staged debates and arguments to get the people arguing between themselves over who is right, while blind to the fact that both wings belong to the same bird.

    I mean, wake up already!

Stop allowing yourselves to be duped!

People voted the Democrats back into power in '06 expecting a "change," and all they got was

What they got was only a slight Democratic Party majority in one of two houses. The Senate is still mostly Republican, the Supreme Court is still an arm of the Republican Party as are all appeals courts, the Justice Dept. is just a more fundamentalist xian wing of the Republican party, and in fact The Party controls every federal department from HUD to EPA to DOD. Most judges are Republican too.

We're still a true one-party state. The Party runs this country, PERIOD.

There simply weren't enough Democrats elected for them to do anything at all, period, without Republican endorsement and support. People like you clamored for them to do something, so as per your wishes they did. But since they could only accomplish things OK'd by The Party, they aren't very impressive.

I'm not saying I would agree with everything done by a Democratic-Party dominated government. But they're certainly the only political party today that's not completely batshit crazy.

We should really see how we can get Pelosi and Reid out of office. They have made a mockery of the Democratic party. They talk about changing things, but when it comes down to actually doing anything, they do exactly what Bush want them to do. Mark my words, Pelosi and Reid, in an effort to stay in power, will support lifting the offshore drilling and Alaskan Wildlife Refuge ban. We need some people with fucking BALLS!

Those in Pelosi's district, vote for Cindy Sheenan. And in 2010, Those in Nevada should vote out Reid.

i think the best way of understanding the congress' lack of action is to imagine that the country is a car. Bush is driving the car, and has been for the past couple of years. The congress is now sitting in the passenger seat, and if they get up the nerve, they can pull the emergency brake. If and when they pull the break, they stand a good chance of going off a cliff (ending the war is important, cutting off all funding at once would be a bad idea politically and in the real world). So, it seems the best option would be to threaten to pull the break if bush would do something catastrophically stupid, but since they don't have control of the government (just the stopping power) they can't set an agenda and need to compromise to have any say in the direction of the country. (remember, in politics, success is measured in activity, not results).

The best thing to do would wait until you can change drivers, and don't need to risk going off a cliff in order to make your message heard.

Congress doesn't want to end the war. Obama doesn't want to end the war. The Democrats don't want to end the war. Many of them are profiting off the war. Since when were the Democrats anti-war anyway?

The idea of "changing drivers" is as ridiculous as it is illogical. The idea that Bush runs anything is even more so. Bush is a p-u-p-p-e-t, as well as anyone that follows his position, including Obama and McCain.

I'll say one thing for McCain. He will make George W. Bush look like a freakin' genius in comparison. Or as his supporters say, "he'll make Dick Cheney look like Gandhi."

Most Americans are worse off than when Bill Clinton left office. When will Joe Sixpack learn that tax cuts for the rich won't do him any good?:confused::confused:

I hope that the American people don't embarrass themselves by electing McSame in November, but it wouldn't surprise me.

People don't vote on issues. They vote against their interests and for some crock of shit that they believe are "values", when in fact, it is merely a ploy used by right-wing authoritarians to gain even more control of these fools.

To paraphase Dr. Leary, "WE GET THE PRESIDENT WE DESERVE."

    Bog help us all.
