    hey my fellow knotty heads!!! quick q? When is a good time to put beads in your locks, and how do you get them to stay =)

    if small bead/dread pyr a loop of thread thru tgo grab the end and pull thri if big dread just slip on foece upward till it sticks

    what i did before i blunted my tips, was i twisted the dread all the way out to the tip, then flipped the tip into a small loop, pushed it through the bead and force it upwards

    Just push 'em in, no big deal, you just need the right size (better a little smaller than your locks are thick)

    oh ive had plenty of beads many many bells too glass chillums a pirrhanna jawbone chillum peyote stitches fairy balls feathgers wraps u name it but they all fell out long long ago except 1 peyote stitch which i gave to a freind when she started hers
    oh used to make jewlery too soi had several crystals n such wrapped into a few couple rings n things too

    i think i could probably fit a small mule in mine but i'd be worried about the smell.

    especialy concidrering theres only 1 hole that goes all theway through a mule

    but do u try to get him to swallow it and wait for it to come outthe other end.. or take a long flexible pole and try to force it through the other way

    what if u dont use beads? then you dont have beads in your hair..lol
    they are mostly decorational only somewhat funbctional
    they can help the dreading proccess a lil buit, but theyre main purpose is to sdd decoration to ther dread

    if u ad em toundreadedc hair abd go neglect they will dread especialy from the bead towards the root, the proigress below the bead maybe slower
    so id trey to get it to stick as low as possibe, however it will dresad beloew too as long ass theres several inches ayt least
