Written by the Irie Irator 3ish weeks ago on shrooms n weed From what I can tell, we have all been placed in a strange situation that forces us to make decisions that controll the rest of our lives. Alot of times people say we aren't in controll of some things that happen but really we are because of the route we chose. Stage one: BIRTH Guess what! A amazing thing just happened! You were givin life! By your parents of course who MADE the decision to bring you into existance. Some of you are thinking,"well I didn't plan to get pregnant". Well actually you did the second you decided to have sexual intercorse. "Well what about rape? They didn't get to make any decisions there." Acutually they did. They made the decision to be vulnerable to being raped. Although they may not have realized it, they still had a choice. They could have decided to go a different route somewhere in their past that would have lead them to a completely different scene. The main problem is that we can't see where our choices will take us and that there are so many other people making choices(variables) that its impossible to predict what is going to happen. Its like coming up to a 4 way intersection in the middle of nowhere with no signs to tell you where each road will take you. Sometimes things you experianced in the past will heavily influence which way you will turn on this imaginary road. The road is real. We all know its there because, we're all on it. The down side is you can't see it or where it leads or who else is on the same path or crossing your path or passing you on the shoulder or causing a road block. So choose carefully. Ok there you are just existing. Plain and simple. Right off the bat you have a problem. At this stage in your life, your life depends on the choices that your parents make for you. Which is a good thing but its still a problem for you and others in the long run. I don't think it's right for any child to be givin a bad situation right from the begining. Example: Your parents suffer from poverty and can't afford to give you the situation you need to excell in life. Or your parents are addicted to drugs and choose not to give you the situation that you need to excell in life. Or they didn't plan to have you(in their minds) and honestly don't know what to do. Its just human nature. My part in this whole thing is to help you understand people's situations and why they do the things they do. I also don't agree with abortion. If you agreed to having sex, then at the same time like a contract you should be required to have the child. Who are you to take away someone else's life!? It's your child for christ's sake! The very least you could do is give it up for adoption! If you get an abortion, you are a coward and a very selfish person. No I don't believe in karma, but I do believe that the choices you make now will have effect on the choices you will have to make in the future. Granted I'm not a psycologist,or a doctor and, I don't have a degree of any kind but I do live and I think that qualifies me as an expert on living. Stage two: YOUR FIRST DECISIONS As I stated at the end of stage one, I'm not a psycologist, or a doctor and, I don't have a degree of any kind. So I can't accuratly tell you what age exactly this happens but I do know that it happens when your very young. You are presented with a choice. To explore or not to explore. Think about it, youv'e just been blasted into existince and youv'e finaly realized that you do exist! I know it may be hard to believe but just existing is an amazing thing. Especialy to a infant. Now here comes the best part! You get to pick the things you explore! But only to an extent because your parents should still controll and oversee your actions for your own well being. A major problem that we still face even today is when a parent consciously or subconsciously makes the decision to decide whats ok for you to participate in. Which is still there god givin right, but it still effects the child for the rest of his or her life. At this point you should be getting used to the body youv'e been givin and even learned some tricks it can do.Example: Spitting or making sounds or running or laughfing. You get the idea. Now your personality starts to form. Here come more variables! Your personality is effected by and certainly not limited to the following: Who's dna your mother decided to give you, how your mother decided to treat her body durring birth, how you were born, your parents first reactions to you , if you were dropped, or miss handled, the cleanlyness of the hospital, the car ride home, the food you were givin, the surroundings you were placed in, your parents social satus, and so on and so forth. The list never ends! But mostly your personality is made up of the things you like and dislike. It's your choice! Yay! You get to make choices! Stage three: THE NOT SO COMMON, COMMON ROUTE Ok so the basic plan that the general public has for you is as folllows. Go to school, find a life partner, go to work, retire, die. It doesn't all ways happen in this order but thats ok too, its still your choice. The "society" is really just a result of an unimaginable amount of people that are making choices. Somewhere along the line the people who have lived for a long time decided that they had had enough of people making choices that effected them in a way they didn't like. So they decided to start penalizing them for their choices. I don't think this is right. No group of people including every government should be allowed to penalize anybody for the choices that they make. If you think about it, someone or something(god) had to of made the decision to give us life and the ability to make our own choices. There isn't anything we can do now to stop the governments in power. Of course we made the decision to let this happen a long time ago. Yea we could have put a stop to it, but at the stage in our lives that we were in we were again unable to see what was waiting for us at the end of this horrible road. If you think about it, the governments in power are really just a bunch of power hungry people that want to have all of the resources for themselves. And why shouldn't they want that? It's their choice! Stage four: YOUR BIGGEST DECISION YET! Now that your begining to understand how the world works, you have to make one big choice. And you can change your mind as many times as you like. Everyone does! You have to decide how your going to live your life. You have many options too! For example you could be a nice person, you could be a mean person, you could be a vegetarian, you could be gay, you could even be dead if you want. The choice is yours and yours alone to make. The biggest question of all is: who or what or how or if we will be judged at the end of our lives. Is it a risk your willing to take? It's your choice! Until next time... or will there even be a next time?
