who loves The Doors?

i do. i am sooo stoned right now, and i'm listening to 'light my fire' only it's on 'the live in pittsburgh show' and since i'm from that general area it makes me happier! lol

 

If you like the doors you should watch the doors movie its super tight

 

fsho the doors movie is excellent! and im super in love with the doors. i used to have a huge poster of jim morrison on my door and he didnt have a shirt on. my dad made me take it down tho cuz he didnt like lookin at jims gigantic nipples! hahahahahahaha!!!

 

the doors were a great band..i actually just watched the movie last night haha

i actually have a pic of myself with long hair and i took it like the famous picture where his arms are out and hes shirtless and i look just like him its really weird haha jus thought id share

 

hahaha that pic is the one on the poster i mentioned. it was a big poster. his nipples were the size of golfballs

 

hell yeah! i have that poster on my door! on top it says : Jim Morrison an American Poet" and on the bottom it says "1943-1971"
and i also have another poster with the "27 Club" and it has pics of Jim, Kurt Cobain, Janis Joplin, and Jimi Hendrix. that poster makes my life lol.

 

and ya, i watched that movie the other night as well, i think there was a doors special on vh1 classic or something.

 

They cut out a lot of the movie on vh1

 

yeah, but i also saw the whole thing on dvd, so i still know what it's like lol. i love the peyote scene where they play my wild love.

 

yeah thats one of the best parts of the movie

 

Absolutley the doors are an amazing band.

 

I use to love the door, I mean i still do, the doors are great, but ehhh, I just don't listen to them that much anymore.

 

I was a movie theater manager when that movie came out. I did this huge promotion and a midnight show for it and I have a huge banner with Jim's face just like the movie poster. It is very cool. It is hand painted. I have to put that back up somewhere in my new house. Hum. I have to think about that now.

 

Ok, what is your favorite song then? I like The End.

 

Indian Summer is at the top of my list.

The Doors are good but there are definitely better bands/musicians.
