i know this doesnt really have to do with psychedelics but it wouldnt really fit into weed either. yesterday i was at a friends house and we had some 40s vodka and weed. cops came and we all got arrested. its my second time being arrested and last time they dropped my vicodin charges so long as i dont get in anymore trouble before im 18. so they are gonna bring that back. i wasnt smoking and wasnt even in the room with the bud so i dont think ill get charged with that. so how fucked do you think i am with possesion of alcohol, consumption of alcohol, possesion of vicodin, and its my second offense. i live in VA by hte way

cool. im gonna get a lawyer and am thinking the worst ill get is something like 15 days in JDC. although im pissed cause my drug tests were gonna end in january.....i was so excited about being able to smoke again without worry
were you in the house when this happend? If so how did the cops get in? I would guess you let them in, You don't have to do that just for future refrence, even if they say "oh it smells like weed in there" smell is not a probable cause to enter your house. When they come knocking open your door shut it behind you and speak to them on the porch if you must and tell them they can not come in without a warrent. They won't like it, but they can't do anything about it. A few freinds of mine have gotten cops away from gatherings with some "fun" things inside this way. Because you are not yet 18, they won't be to hard on you i would guess.
