Hey all, My name is Chris, 22 years old, and I'm writing from Michigan. I'm currently working for a telecommunications company though this place isn't where I want to be in 5 years. I doubt my mind will be able to endure the repetitive and systematic nature of this job. For now though, it pays the bills. One of these days I intend to be a published journalist preferably freelance, although I will take a publishing house position no problem. Fortunately I do have some of the funds from my G.I. Bill to burn up in the educational system. Which leads me to the next portion of my intro. I'm an Operation Iraqi Freedom vet. I was in as a Cavalry Scout until I became disgusted with the system and upon my return went AWOL until being pulled over for an out tail light... -.- fail After I took my punishment I served out the rest of the requested time from the government and recieved my Honorable Discharge and went immediately into the related job of 7-11 .... another fail Though the history isn't what is important, what is is where I am today. I found these hip forums out of boredom at work and signed up in hopes that I might find some like minded individuals. I'm single and always looking for new experiences. Trying to hit up all the music fests I can before the summers out (heading to one Labor Day weekend in Nelson Ledges, OH.) so rock on if I see anyone there. *Suppose I should throw some interests in. I may suck at it, but one of my favorite things to do since the start of the summer season has been disc golf. So lo' to all you discers out there. On top of that, a really obvious taste of mine has to be music. Can't get enough of it. Oh and I'm trying my hand at fencing... More on that when I figure out how it is going to play out.
