there have been various trips i have had. the first lot of trips ofcourse left me feeling as if i had overcome so many of my psychological problems... ofcourse they had. they did. but then goin on to strong with the acid, then goes and gives you various psychological problems... even if it doesnt make you "insane" (if you have a history). what i mean is, acid had given me flashbacks for example after some trips, and i would have flashbaks and weird feelings for months, but then go take acid again, and suddenyl i wouldnt have a single flashback. another instance, lsd left me somwhere where i was quite mixed up i supoose. and as a result, i came to these forums, and even tried to warn people about lsd. and while there is tremendous caution needed around lsd. it is somthing that is just so amazing. the biggest thing i guess is realising that lsd can cure problems given by lsd itself. ofcourse time is needed. and ofcourse it depends how much you have changed your self, and your life, from your previos acid experiences. using lsd now is very differnt than back then. its just so amazing how this drug works... if lsd doesnt work for you now, doesnt mean it wont do good things in the future. cause its not the drug, but your mind, and your situation, and your thinkin at that given time in life. the more drastic your life changes, the more drastic your trips will change. not sure if im a rambling nut. but what i do mean by this thread is that, alot of people can have bad trips and be left in bad ways and swear off acid for ever, not realising that the very drug that fucked them, may be the very cure. amazing!
i thin kthe important thing to realise is that the way you come out of one trip is not necessarily the way youll come out of the next..
Try this sometime, Go to the library and get a math book. Take a dose. when you start feeling the effects lock yourself in a room with the math book. Study, Read, etc. I bet, if you can by some miracle stay focused on that math book, you'll solve just about every problem in it. LSD if used correctly can make you a master of just about anything.
err maths is a bit different.. so symbolic.. plan-oriented but i never tried. talking was hard enough, i think the language component of maths , the setting out, all the conventions and rules.. its a thing best done sober.
Maybe, but it's an experiment worth trying I think. I know for one that I have learned to do quite a few things more effieciently during a trip. Maybe it's not much different.
it has been tried in the past in a test in which college students could participate in a program in which they would klearn about something totally different from their ordinary everyday curricullum under the influence of LSD and indeed the results were quite amazing. here is a link to the actual text about it. http://psychedelic-library.org/staf5.htm
i know, when I read it i was real;l;y suprised myself by the results of this investigation. weren't psychedeli researches starting up for a bit again? this is something people should read to get excited for more research into this direction. could you try it yourself? it would be a truely different thing to do in psychonautic research.
just remember that yourself man. not to sound harsh, i just remember some pretty disturbing posts from you about what acid did to you (or what you let acid do to you, however you wanna say it) just don't over do it man. peace
Thae fact of the matter is than anything that's powerful enough to cure psychological problems like it has in therapy so many times in the past, also has the power to really fuck you up. If you think LSD can't possibly harm you, then your an idiot. Its no different than shellfish, milk, or Mcdonalds.
I feel like your brain gets a sort of 'rewiring' after every trip is complete. How the rewiring affects you is up to you to decide.
