i dont know where the fuck you and all these other uninformed ppl get this idea that psychadelic mushrooms or any of the substances they contain are poisonous or even the least bit toxic, alcohol is a poison it causes the physical deterioration of pretty much every organ or tissue it comes into contact with. mushrooms do nothing of the sort. i think everyone gets this idea because of the intensity of the experience they make the assumption that it must be the result of brain malfunction ive heard many ignorant people tell me that drug induced synesthesia is always the result of brain hemorrage nothing could be further from the truth. just because your reality is severely distorted and change does not automatically mean its a poison and just because a substance does not distort your reality does not mean its not a poison. every effect mushrooms have on our brain and bodies is, to the best of human knowledge, purely psychological.

if your going to spread word about such things please make sure you understand 100% what you are saying and have facts to back it up, get your info from multiple sources and dont be biased. 90% of the problems in the world result from deception whether intendentional or not, keep in mind if you are decieved unknowingly and you spread that deception whether for good or bad intentions you are still contributing to to a lie and the power it holds, ignorance of your own ignorance does not change or excuse the effect you had by spreading it. best bet is that if you are unsure of your idea keep it to yourself until you are or at least state that it is a speculation. i just cant imagine a source besides nida or some other uninformed buddy that would say psilocybin mushrooms are poisonous humans have been getting poisoned by them for about as long as weve been on this planet and theres never been a documented death from toxicity nor a case of cancer or any other disease and there surely have been enough test subjects. alcohol and worse tobbacco have claimed more lives last year than mushrooms ever have and probably ever will
