Alright, so here's what happened. I got caught shoplifting, which has nothing to do with drugs. Court is tomorrow and I'll probably get probation for a year, but since my crime had nothing to do with drugs, do you think I'll get tested? I'm in Tennessee by the way. If anyone has any experience in this matter, advice would be appreciated....
don't tell me i'm a shame.... chill. and don't judge me. i like to get something for nothing. that's my crime. i admit. anyway i guess i'm on probation for a year, and there are random piss tests. so anyone in the state of tennessee: if you're considering committing a crime that's not related to drugs, and you smoke weed, don't do it. that is all.
i just failed a drug test and im on probation. I got 8 more hours of community service, and thats all i know about so far. Im sure they are gonna call me soon and I might go to juvinile court because I am 17 still. I turn 18 in a few weeks. I dont know what happens if u are 18^ though. I would say that yes the will, at some point, probably only once, and towards the end of your "year", so be careful, and make sure if u do, that its out of ur system for each meeting. It should only happen when you have a meeting, so like every month. I personally think its bullshit cause i got caught for underage drinking and then some vandelism shit. Its such crap that they can test you and that it is such a big deal to smoke pot. It should be legalized...
we all know smokin pot is illegal and all but come on... we also all know that its ILLEGAL!!! and the non pot smokers in the court room look at like a serious crime....
i knwo people that have gotten non-drug related charges and they havent gotten tested, but im sure if your p.o. knows you smoke then youll get tested i dont smoke much anymore because im on probation for the second time, i turn 18 september 9th and if i get in anymore trouble within the next couple weeks ill be waved to adult probation, ill be charged with the charges i got in april as an adult instead of a juvenile and ill more then likely do jail time the thing i dont understand is how somebody can get in trouble for smokin a plant, how is weed illegal but booze aint(i drink to so im not puttin booze down)im sure there are a hell of alot more alcohol involved accidents and deaths then weed involved ones
yeah it just sucks how MUCH trouble it can get you in. There has been people doing like 90 years for growing marijuana. Its messed up. Then you got rapists who get out in 20 years and rape more people.
