dont sound seriuos.. I think your fine. having to pee is normal, Ive always thought I could piss after and get a erection quicker than holding urine even if it was a small amount.. could be some form of yeast infection maybe? i'd ask a doctor about it, you cant be over careful when it comes to your genitals mate.
