:conehead:... I like this one, makes me want to watch Coneheads... or uh, hmm, er, yeah, or something else ....
i pretty much guarantee you know someone who has seen a gun, even if they never happened to tell you about it... now, back on topic: :smash: :Chevy_anim: :driving:
It's possible that she doesn't... If she says she doesn't..than she probably doesn't.. she should know more than us... I love how a thread about babies turned into gun talk...
i don't think it's really something anyone should know unless they actually went out and did a poll. i certainly have no clue which of my acquaintances have seen what things... not saying her dad is an avid gun enthusiast or anything, just that odds would say that out of everyone she knows, at least one person has come across a gun at least once. does she know anyone who's been to an american walmart? if so, she probably knows someone who's seen a gun right there... it was a pretty appropriate subject change :cheers2:
All I am saying if she says she doesn't know anyone who has seen a gun, I'm not going to debate her or say that it's false... It's not that deep..
fair, it's no big deal; i just saw something that i don't think is true or knowable stated as fact, so i just had to throw in the dissenting opinion. didn't really hope to debate it either, as even doing so this little bit has now made me late for work...
Back to topic again... I've got a child but no sticker on my car... People can't even see my son inside the car because of darkly tinted windows. Of course I'm proud of him but I haven't got to show everyone that I've got a child. I also don't think anyone drives more carefully just because he knows there is a child in the car ahead...
You have to keep them kept certain ways, and the ammo certain ways, they have to be registered, and you have to have a licence. Then general gun safety that you learn when you go for your licence. I.e. don't point it at anyone.
