Hey guys, sorry for my continuous new threads I heard washing them in boiling water helps lock up alot? Ta Alex
whered u hear that?????? that may help you get severe burns.. i saw a vid yesterday about making fake dreads (synthetic hair) and they melted em together that way to make em look like dreads and saw another awhile back that showed a method of using near boiling water And soap and pressing them (felting i think?) but i dunno i wouldnt suggest that..patience is alot less painful then blisters
Does it have to be sea salt or would an ordinary table salt in water be sufficient as I was hoping to rid myself of wax and then maybe treat my dreads with some salty water to say sorry for my wrong doing!?
sea salts best table salt is ok as long as u make sjure its non iodized most average table salt has iodine added..im not sure why thats bad but i hear every1 sayin u wanna not use iodized for some reason so id stear clear..u can get a big thing of sea salt that will last ya years pretty cheap tho
I'm not worthy soaringeagle dude. Thanks alot man. Hows it feel to have just saved the lives of 38 soon to be dreadlocks?
I bought some pure sea salt, how much should I use to lemon and water? Any ratios people use? Ta Alex
people say that washing with hot water and rinsing with cold will help them lock up more. Not sure if it really makes a big difference or not, but I do it anyways.
