i was thinkin more along the lines of...
scaring elderly people, maybe a group of friends standing in random places making weird noises... it'd freak people out...

 

it'll make any crime easier. also, one wonders, if it refracts visible light, how does electro magnetic radiation react to it? hell, I'd just like to know the various wavelengths, because if it's radar invisible too, boy howdy, this could be dangerous.

 

Why do I need to be basically invisible. Why does ol' Georgey B. need to have invisibility? What if they use it to stage an attack somwhere man. Any country that has that technolodgy an' that alone posseses the means to make it is goin' to have a bit too much power I think.
