hi. im just wondering whether any1 has tried seredyn? its a natural anti anxiety drug you can buy over the internet. i suffer quite badly from anxiety and came across this drug on the internet and decided to order some and try them out as i dont want to take prescription drugs that can be addictive and have bad side effects etc. so im just curious as to whether any1 has tried seredyn and if they helped at all?
I haven't tried that, but I have anxiety as well, and find Chamomile and Kava Kava teas to be adequate to quell anxiety attacks. Both are readily available at grocery stores like Tops, Wegmans, and most health food stores. I have the Chamomile when I'm just a little anxious and bust out the Kava Kava when panic attacks threaten. It also helps to take a b-complex vitamin every day. B-vitamins help the body deal with stress naturally.
the body shouldn't deal with stress...it copes but doesn't deal with it. The mind deals with stress...and as a rule of thumb anything that has quick reward will have long costs...ie if it quells your anxiety quickly then its probably habbit forming and certainly you can build a tolerance to it. although there is a few natural ways that are harder to become addicted to. like, rubbing your eye lids..it will lower your pulse SIGNIFICANTLY
In moderation some herbal remedies work fine. But you are right there is the risk of dependence If used to frequently.
You know what's weird? I used to take b-complex for my anxiety symptoms, but somewhere along the line, it started working against me, making me more whacked out than before... I drink tension tamer now, and only when I absolutely need it. Never heard of this happening before...
gingko used to calm me down...now it tickles my brain. and smoking worked wonders...but lately I quit and improved a lot. Still, I think it's time I stopped reducing irritants and started strengthening fortitude
