i got a movie out of the library i've been wanting to see for a while. I got home and tried to watch it, and it was skipping and freezing up- i took the disc out to look at it and it's all scratched up. it's impossibe to watch.

i can understand making a mistake and scratching up a disc, that's excusable. but to return it to the library so that other people have to go through the bullshit?? honestly, that's just SO inconsiderate. and if i say something, the library may think that i did it and want me to pay for the movie.

people, BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR ACTIONS AND THINK ABOUT HOW STUPID SHIT YOU DO WILL EFFECT OTHERS. it's little things like this that piss me off the most, when people just don't think about others around them.

    alright, i'm done whining.

yeah, but even still, this thing is so messed up, there's no way the last person who had it didn't notice. the dvd just doesn't work.

and when you know other people are taking it out, and it gets scratched, they should have the decency to say it doesn't work so people don't go through the trouble of renting it when it's useless.

either that or the library should check before they give it out again. you can tell it's fucked just by looking at the disc.

i can't see an acceptable excuse. someone fucked up here.
