I'm to new to post any videos yet...I think...I'll try and see if it works...but I love the duet he did with Hank Jr...'The Conversation'....and I love the song he did titled..'Did Hank really do it this way.......these are 2 of my top 50 songs ever...maybe top 30 ever...and that's big, considering I like 1000's of songs...

good 'ol waylon.my aunt got to see him back in the day,& still has some records he autographed back when he was up & coming & still had short hair.His son Shooter is pretty good too.if you've never heard him,look up shooter jennings & check out either"aviators",hillarious song,or"4th of july"

 

I really can't stand modern country...they sing different...they like have a synthacized voice sound...
The old singers just 'sang'...they weren't trying to obtain a 'sound'...they just sang...and that's what gave each of them their own unique sound and trademark...
