I'm sure no one else has asked this question... ;P. Is JASON tea tree shampoo good to use when starting your dreadlocks? I'm three days in, haven't shampooed at all yet and want to start off on the right path.

I can't read a few of these ingredients, i'm guessing that's not a good thing..

Purified water, sodium myreth sulfate, tea tree leaf oil, cocomidopropyl betaine, decyl glucoside, polyquaternium-7, mallow extract, hops extract, cyclomethicone, rosemary leaf extract, sage leaf extract, vitamin b5, juniper fruit extract, nettle extract, vitamin E, ginko bilboa extract, sea algae, marigold flower extract, chamomille flower extract, hydrolyzed wheat protein, wheat germ oil, lecithin, vitamin A, grapefruit seed extract, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, fragrance oil blend

another question about dreading since you're already looking.. is it okay to get my hair wet in the shower every time i take one, as long as i dont wash it with shampoo? thanks for the help =]

Try to keep your hair dry if you dont wash them, and wash just when you need. Sometime I wash two day strait, usually once in two or three day. Right now I havent washed in a couple days but my hair feel really clean so I will wait. If your hair is wet too often it slow the process I think, it does for me, and it takes lots of time to dry when your a couple months into it, at first its not too bad and after yea.

For the shampoo I have no idea the best is to try it and see if it makes your hair dry and knoty, after one week or two you easily know if its good or not, and maybe even after the first wash, I bought soap that I thought good and very natural and it was shit so just try it wont harm.

i use the same shampoo, the sweet thing is that it doesnt have laurel/laureth sulfates in it. and the ingredient that you cant read, aren't bad.
