Try to keep your hair dry if you dont wash them, and wash just when you need. Sometime I wash two day strait, usually once in two or three day. Right now I havent washed in a couple days but my hair feel really clean so I will wait. If your hair is wet too often it slow the process I think, it does for me, and it takes lots of time to dry when your a couple months into it, at first its not too bad and after yea. For the shampoo I have no idea the best is to try it and see if it makes your hair dry and knoty, after one week or two you easily know if its good or not, and maybe even after the first wash, I bought soap that I thought good and very natural and it was shit so just try it wont harm.
i use the same shampoo, the sweet thing is that it doesnt have laurel/laureth sulfates in it. and the ingredient that you cant read, aren't bad.
i heard all sulphates should be avoioded dunno if thats true..i personaly wpould choose something more natural if u can but if not it wont do too much harm
